CWR6582-088 was crafted from a two-tone Rolex Ref. 6582 “Zephyr” circa 1957.

CWR6582-088, the most recent addition to Cloister’s Zephyr Studies collection, features a gilt gloss dial inspired by Cloister’s Gold. After rendering the watch’s text and distinctive “crosshair” motif using the anachronistic wax-resist technology, we fabricated applied eighteen karat gold “lume plots” inspired by those originally on the Zephyr, but scaled up slightly. We retained the watch’s original handset but removed the original lume and plated the hands instead in a “Trinity-style” mix of yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold in a nod to the watch’s mixed-metal case and bracelet. We delivered the watch on its restored but original two-tone stretch-rivet bracelet.
